Christmas Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • Fresh cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, brandy, and orange liqueur.
  2. Stir well to mix the ingredients.
  3. Add the sparkling wine and gently stir to incorporate.
  4. Add ice to chill the punch.
  5. Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs.
  6. Serve in individual glasses over ice and enjoy the festive Christmas Punch!

Dream

Recipes:
• 2 ounces cognac
• 1 ounce Grand Marnier
• 1 dash absinthe

Pousse Caf

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Cognac

Instructions:

  1. Pour the grenadine into a Pousse Café glass.
  2. Using the back of a spoon, pour the coffee liqueur slowly over the grenadine to create the next layer.
  3. Continue to layer the Green Chartreuse, then the Yellow Chartreuse, and finally the Blue Curacao, making sure to pour each liqueur slowly over the back of the spoon to create distinct layers.
  4. Warm the brandy and cognac for a few seconds and carefully ignite it with a lighter. Pour the flaming mixture over the back of the spoon to top off the cocktail.

Twenty One Aces

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz club soda
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, triple sec, and orange juice.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to combine.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top off the glass with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
