Chocolate Monkey


  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz banana liqueur
  • 1 oz cream or half-and-half
  • 1 oz milk chocolate syrup
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish


  1. Peel the ripe banana and slice it into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the banana chunks, chocolate liqueur, banana liqueur, cream or half-and-half, and milk chocolate syrup.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.

Blackberry Shake

• 1lt of condensed milk
• 250ml cream
• 1 1/2 cup blackberry juice


  1. In a blender, mix condensed milk, cream, black currant juice, fresh black currant berries, vanilla extract and ice.
  2. If you like a sweeter smoothie, add a little sugar.
  3. Blend all ingredients well with a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the cocktail into glasses and add 1-2 black currant berries for decoration.
  5. Serve the cocktail with a straw and enjoy a cool and refreshing drink!

Frozen lemon tea

• 2 L water
• Tea
• Lemons
• Honey


Prepare the tea, add the lemon in slices and boil for 2 minutes.
Take off the lemon slices and add the honey. Take it to the freezer and add some ice cubes to serve
