Bodega Sangria

Recipes:
• 80g caster sugar
• 1 litre red wine
• 400g strawberries
• 1 vanilla bean
• 30mL espresso
• Grated zest of 1 lemon
• Grated zest of 1 orange
• 1 litre cava

Preparation:

Combine caster sugar and 80mL water in a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove and cool. Combine sugar mixture with remaining ingredients except cava in a bowl, stir well, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Blend in a food processor or blender. This may need to be done in batches. Strain mixture through a sieve. Mix with cava and serve.

Makes 10-12 drinks.

Roman Punch

Recipes:
• 1/4 kilo pineapple ice cream
• 1 champagne bottle
• sugar
• 1 cup pineapple
• a few tsp campari
• white wine

Preparation:

Make the drink and then add the ice cream on the top. Garnish with orange peel.

Toxic Limeade

Recipes:
• 1.5 oz 1800® Tequila
• 1.5 oz Sweetened lime juice
• 4.5 oz Sprite® soda

Preparation:

This drink can be mixed in just about any glass. Just put some ice in first (as much as you like), then add the tequila, lime juice, and sprite. Stir it around until it’s nice and mixed and enjoy!

Easter Sour

Recipes:
• 2 oz bourbon whiskey
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz orange juice
• 1/4 oz orgeat syrup
• 1/4 oz sugar syrup

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Easter Bunny

Recipes:
• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 tsp Cherry Brandy
• 1 1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
• 1 tsp Chocolate Syrup

Preparation:

Shake creme de cacao and vodka with ice. Strain over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Float chocolate syrup and cherry brandy.

Serve in a Old-Fashioned Glass

Blackberry Shake

Ingredients:
• 1lt of condensed milk
• 250ml cream
• 1 1/2 cup blackberry juice

Preparacion:

  1. In a blender, mix condensed milk, cream, black currant juice, fresh black currant berries, vanilla extract and ice.
  2. If you like a sweeter smoothie, add a little sugar.
  3. Blend all ingredients well with a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the cocktail into glasses and add 1-2 black currant berries for decoration.
  5. Serve the cocktail with a straw and enjoy a cool and refreshing drink!

Caribou Lou

  • 1 1/2 parts 151 proof rum
  • 1 part Malibu® coconut rum
  • 5 parts pineapple juice

Preparation:
Shake or serve up with ice in a highball glass.
